Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. A set of basic tools and a step-by-step assembly guide are included in every box.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Bicycles must be in new, unridden condition and in their original packaging. Accessories and apparel must have all original tags attached.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your bike's journey.
Do you offer professional bike tuning services?
Yes! If you are local to our shop, we offer a complimentary first tune-up within 90 days of purchase. For online customers, we recommend a safety check at your local bike shop to ensure optimal performance.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bikes come with a manufacturer's frame warranty (typically lifetime for the original owner) and a 1-year warranty on components. Wear-and-tear items like tires and brake pads are not covered.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
